Burdwan;12th march,2019: Environment pollution awareness
campaign was observed admits a tree plantation programme yesterday at Burdwan
XYZ School. Today environment is polluted. So many people have been suffering
from it. To make awar about environment pollution, a programme was arranged. Dr
Soumitra Mohon, DM of Burdwan graced the chair of the president. Dr. Kesorinath
Tripathy , Governor of West Bengal was present as cheif guist. Headmaster of
this school in his short speech told the students about the importance of the
day and the roll of the students to make environment pollution free. One
hundred saplings were planted in different parts of school. The renowned
speakers remained the students to come forward to cut down environment
pollution. Great enthusiasm was noticed among the students and the teachers.
The function came to end with our national anthem “Jono Gono Mono”.
